Return Eligibility Policy
Please note, all items must be returned to us within 10 days from the date of purchase in order for us to process any kind of return.
To be eligible for return, all items must be in original condition, with all tags remaining in place, including hygiene seal. Item’s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.
Please note, some items are exempt for being eligible for return. These include; Gift Cards, Beauty & Skincare products, Perishable goods (food & drink), Perfumes, Earrings, Intimates (under garments)
Sale items or items purchased with loyalty discounts, sale code’s, credit note’s or gift vouchers are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
If you received free shipping on your original order, a $10 processing fee will be deducted from your refund to cover any shipping and handling expenses. You will also be required to return the item at your own cost as unfortunately shipping costs are non-refundable. Sorry!
In-Store Return Policy
Our in-store experience offers our customers the opportunity to see and try on our pieces in person before purchasing. With this in mind, purchases made in-store are only eligible to be returned for a credit note or exchange.

We want to offer a seamless online experience, so that those who are not able to shop in-store are able to shop online with confidence, knowing that we will accept returns for online orders. Returns must adhere to the above outlined ‘Return Eligibility Policy'.
Golden Store will happily accommodate the following return options for all online orders purchased at full price (meaning no discounts have been applied). Please note, you must contact us to request a return within 10 days of receiving your online order. For any click & collect purchases, we request you please contact us within 10 days from the purchase date, not the 'pick-up' date to request any kind of return.
How do I organise a return?
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, order number and item(s) you wish to return. Someone from our team will get back to you shortly with a return address and confirmation of return eligibility.
Please note, Golden Store is not responsible or accountable for the loss of items being returned. We recommend using a registered postal service to return goods, and to keep a record of the tracking details.
Damaged or faulty?
For faulty items, please email email@example.com with clear images of the fault, your order number and any other details so that we can arrange for your item(s) to be repaired or replaced as soon as possible. If your order arrives damaged, please don’t remove it from the packaging and send as imagery of the parcel. You will need to return items with all tags in place.
We will asses all faults upon return and reserve the right to repair or replace. If the brand/manufacturer deems the item faulty, then they will either offer a replacement or refund, this varies with each brand/manufacturer. If a refund needs to be processed, please allow a 1 week processing time.
